However, rumors of their breakup surfaced online earlier this year, and Arjun publicly acknowledged that he is “single” on October 28, 2024. Therefore, it has been stated that Malaika posted on Instagram a day later, on October 30, 2024.
The post stated, “Touching a heart for a second can touch a soul for a lifetime.” The actress wrote “Good morning” to her Instagram followers along with the remark, but the mysterious interpretation of love left the internet wondering how things were between the former couple.
The “Singham Again” star discussed his dating status during a promotional event for his next movie in a widely shared paparazzi video. In his amusing interactions with the audience during the event, he revealed that he had broken up with Malaika Arora by saying, “Mai abhi single hoon” (I am single), in reference to his intentions for marriage.
Arora started dating the actor in 2018 following her divorce from Arbaaz Khan. Their age gap first drew a lot of criticism, but they boldly overcame it.
The actress revealed in a June 2024 interview with Hello Magazine that she hasn’t given up on the concept of love and would constantly strive for it. At the same time, though, she recognizes that fairy tales aren’t real and sets reasonable limits for them. When her father died in September 2024, Arjun was there for her like a rock, even though they were no longer together.
