BCCI announced- India going to miss big clash before Australia Tour

The Indian team is currently facing New Zealand in a three-match Test series in home grounds, where the visitors have secured the series 2-0 and the final Test is being held in the Wankhede Stadium. After this series, Indian team will travel t Australia for a 5-match Test series, set to begin from November 22.

Before the Australia series, Indian team were supposed to play a three-day game against India A at the WACA stadium in order to prepare for the first test on the overseas soil, though The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) declined this idea.

According to ESPNcricinfoIndia was going to start the tour with a warm-up match against India A from November 15 to 17.

However this can be understood and the Indian hierarchy has decided to now take training for these three days which includes net sessions and centre-wicket match sessions in WACA.
