Ingredients required to make Mushroom Malai Tikka
Cashew – 1/2 cup
Fresh cream-3 tbsp Green chilli-4
Salt-1/2 tsp
White Pepper-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Kasuri Methi-1/2 tsp
Water-1/4 cup
Button Mushroom-200 grams
Capsicum-1 (cut into pieces)
Onion- 1 (cut into pieces)
Oil-1 tbsp
Butter-1 tablespoon
How to make Mushroom Malai Tikka

To make Mushroom Malai Tikka, first of all put cashew nuts, cream, salt, green chillies, white paper, Kasuri Methi, cumin powder, coriander powder and water in a jar and make a fine paste. Now wash the mushrooms in a bowl and remove their stems.
After this, add capsicum and onion to the skewers. Now put oil in a pan and place the skewer on it. After this, fry the mushrooms, capsicum and onion well from both the sides. That's it, your mushroom malai tikka is ready. Now serve it hot with green chutney. You can also roast Mushroom Malai Tikka in an air fryer to avoid butter. After roasting, bake it on low flame. Doing this will give smoky flavor to the tikka.
