How to make Roasted Gram Flour Kadhi
First of all, cut all the vegetables and then fry them in a pan by adding a little less oil and let them cook. When they are cooked, take out all the vegetables in a plate. Then add cumin seeds to the remaining oil. Also add curry leaves and asafoetida. Then immediately add gram flour, slow down the gas flame and fry well until it becomes golden. As soon as the gram flour becomes golden in color and fragrant, add water to it. Add about two to four cups of water. Also add turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder, add salt and boil. Keep in mind that the curry will start thickening. When it starts boiling, add all the vegetables, cover and let it cook. The curry will be cooked within a few minutes. Then add tamarind pulp and garnish with green coriander on top.
