This incident took place in Daulatpuri village of Hayatnagar police station area of ​​Sambhal district. Mahesh, a resident of the village, married Rekha, a mother of two children from Moradabad, 3 years ago. Rekha passed away 2 months ago. After this, the responsibility of raising two sons Saurabh and Shaurya fell on Mahesh. Everything went well for a few days. But after this the stepfather started torturing both the innocent children. Small issues made it difficult for both the children to stay at home.

It is alleged that three days ago, stepfather Mahesh beat both the children with a stick. After this he was locked in the toilet (step-father locked him in the bathroom). Not only this, they were not even given anything to eat or drink. The children were crying and pleading to be taken out of the toilet. But no one listened to him. After this, when the neighbors came to know about this, they took both the children out of the toilet.

The entire incident was informed to the family members of the children's mother. On receiving the information, the children's uncle came there and took both the children with him to the police station and gave information against the accused Mahesh. After this, the police registered a case against the accused and took him into custody. In this matter, Additional Superintendent of Police Shrish Chandra said that a case has been registered and the entire matter is being investigated.
