According to a Reuters report, Canada had alleged that the Union Home Minister was behind a plot to target Sikh separatists on Amit Shah's soil.
Canada's Deputy Foreign Minister David Morrison told a parliamentary panel that he told the Washington Post that Amit Shah was behind these conspiracies. On Wednesday, the US reacted to Canada's allegations against Amit Shah, calling it “concerning”.
