Method of doing Purna Chandrasana: To do Purna Chandrasana, first of all stand straight and keep the feet at a short distance. Also keep your hands straight. After this, maintain some distance between the toes and feet of the right hand. Now take one hand upwards and the other one upwards in the same position, after this now raise your leg in the air and try to take this body into Chandra Mudra or Chakrasana Mudra.
