A video of the brutality of a car driver at the Ber Sarai red light crossing in the capital Delhi has surfaced. In this video which is becoming increasingly viral on social media, it can be seen that two traffic policemen are hanging on the bonnet of the car and shouting to stop the car.

Instead of stopping the car, the driver is trying to run away. Two traffic police personnel have been injured in this incident. He has been admitted to Safdarjung Hospital. The incident is said to have happened on Saturday evening at around 7.30 pm.

Looking at the video footage, it seems that two traffic police personnel try to stop the white car but the driver does not stop. Suddenly seeing the aggressive attitude of the driver the traffic police personnel get scared.

They hang onto the bonnet of the car to save their lives. The surprising thing is that during this entire incident the driver turns the car in the other direction. Even when the car slows down, both of them are seen shouting to stop the car. Still the car driver ignores his words.

It is said that the driver of the car hangs the policemen and takes them for about 20 meters. Then suddenly he hits the brakes and a traffic policeman falls. The statement issued by the police said that on November 2, Kishangarh police station received a PCR call regarding the incident. On the above information a team along with SI Hari Ram reached the spot. The police team found that two traffic policemen who were injured in the incident have been taken to Safdarjung Hospital with the help of PCR van.

Meanwhile, information about the injured was received from SJH Hospital. Then the police team reached SJH Hospital. The police team found ASI Pramod and HC Shailesh Chauhan in injured condition in SJH hospital. Although both were conscious.

Statement of ASI Pramod was recorded in which he told that he along with HC Shailesh was checking vehicles on Vedanta Desika Marg (Ber Sarai Market Road). At around 07.45 a car number DL-9C-BC-7528 jumped the red light and came towards them.

On this, HC Shailesh asked the driver to come out of the car and he tried to run away from the spot. The car driver dragged him on the vehicle for about 20 meters and later hit him and fled from the spot. Both ASI Pramod Singh and HC Shailesh Chauhan suffered injuries in this incident.

After this the crime and forensic team inspected the spot. According to the statement of ASI Pramod, the car driver obstructed the duty of ASI Pramod and Shailesh Chauhan and injured the above mentioned police officers by dragging them on the car for a distance of more than 20 meters and tried to kill them.
