BJP made a big change in the organization of Jammu and Kashmir, now elected Sat Sharma as the new state president in place of Ravindra Raina.

Bharatiya Janata Party has made major changes in the organization in Jammu and Kashmir and changed the post of State President. Sat Sharma has now been appointed the new state president of Jammu and Kashmir BJP in place of Ravindra Raina. Earlier, Ravindra Raina had been holding this post since 2018 and he served as the president for 6 years. During this time, he played an important role in strengthening BJP in Jammu and Kashmir and the party was successful in winning 29 seats in the assembly elections. However, during this period, Ravindra Raina himself lost the election from Nowshera seat, due to which speculations were being made that he could be removed from the post of President.

BJP expressed confidence in Sat Sharma

Now BJP has handed over the responsibility of state leadership to former minister and MLA Sat Sharma. Even before this, Sat Sharma had held the post of State President from 2014 to 2018 and even then he had made an important contribution in strengthening the organization. With this change, BJP has once again expressed confidence in Sat Sharma, and he will have the important responsibility of further strengthening the party in Jammu and Kashmir and making the party win in the upcoming elections.

After becoming the new state president, Sat Sharma revealed his upcoming strategy while talking to the media. Apart from this, he expressed his opinion in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly on the issue related to Article 370 and the controversial statement given by Farooq Abdullah.
