Cashew paneer: Make tasty cashew paneer for dinner, everyone will praise it.
Paneer- 200 grams
Cashew paste – half a small bowl
Onion (finely chopped)- 2
Ginger-green chilli paste – 1 tsp
Garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
Tomato Puree – 1 tbsp
Turmeric- 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Cream – 1 tbsp
Cumin- 1 teaspoon
Garam masala- 1 teaspoon
salt to taste
Green Coriander – 1 tsp
Fried Cashews 5-6
1. To make cashew paneer, first cut the paneer into small pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. As soon as the oil is hot, add onion and fry until it turns golden.
3. When the onion is roasted, turn off the flame and take it out in a plate and let it cool.
4. Cool the onion and put it in a blender and make a paste.
5. Now add cumin, onion paste, ginger-green chilli paste and garlic paste in a pan and fry.
6. After frying them well, add tomato puree to it and fry. When the tomato puree is completely cooked, add turmeric, coriander powder and red chili powder to it.
7. When the masala is roasted well, add cream, cashew paste and salt and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
8. After the stipulated time, add some water to the gravy and boil it.
9. As soon as the gravy starts boiling, add cheese to it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes and turn off the flame.
