What happened to the AMAZON parcel? The woman vomited and was shocked to see the items in the box

Online shopping on Amazon turned out to be a nightmare for one woman.  She had ordered a bicycle helmet for herself, but as soon as she opened the parcel, the stench and smell of rot inside made the woman vomit.
