These 'Virat' records of Kohli will never be broken!

Delhi: Virat Kohli has once again surprised the world with his amazing records. He broke the record of the great Sachin Tendulkar for scoring most centuries in ODI cricket, which was 49 centuries. Kohli achieved this historic milestone by scoring his 50th century against New Zealand in the ICC World Cup 2023. Now it is considered almost impossible for anyone else to break this record.

Kohli has also been India's most successful Test captain, having registered 40 wins in 68 matches. In the 147-year history of Test cricket, only three captains have the record of such victory.

In ODI, Virat has made the record of being the fastest to score 8000 to 13000 runs, which is a big challenge for the upcoming players. He has also won the Player of the Series award 21 times, in which he is ahead of Sachin Tendulkar (20) and Shakib Al Hasan (17). Among the current active cricketers, no one has as many awards as Kohli.

The right-handed batsman has scored 10 centuries against Sri Lanka, 9 against West Indies and 8 against Australia, which is also the record for most centuries against any one country.

In the 2023 World Cup, Kohli created a new history by scoring 765 runs. Earlier this record was in the name of Sachin Tendulkar with 673 runs.

Apart from this, the 36 year old batsman has scored 600+ runs against three countries in a Test series. He is the only batsman to win the Player of the Tournament title in both ODI and T20 World Cup.
