Ingredients for making sushi rolls

3 cups sushi rice

120 grams chopped salmon fish

2 nori sheets

1/2 tbsp sesame seeds

1/2 tbsp mayonnaise

1/4 tsp chilli

How to make Sushi Roll

To make sushi rolls, first cut sushi grade salmon on a chopping board and mix it with mayonnaise and red chili in a glass bowl. Place a rice wrapper sheet on top of a bamboo mat. Spread one-fourth of the sushi rice over the nori sheet.

After this, sprinkle white sesame seeds over the rice and place one-fourth of the salmon mixture lengthwise on the rice. While rolling the sushi, roll it by pressing the bamboo mat forward. Press down on the bamboo mat and remove it from the sushi. Make more rolls, like these. Then, before cutting the sushi, wipe the knife with a wet cloth and serve immediately.
