Effects of winter will be visible from 15th November onwards

There will be no significant change in temperature during 6th to 10th November. According to Skymet, difference in temperature can be seen in different areas of Delhi, such as the minimum temperature in Ridge was 13.1 degrees and Pitampura was 20.6 degrees.
Cold is likely to increase in North India from this week. According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), the effect of cold will be visible in Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh. In the plains, mild cold will start in Punjab and Haryana after November 15. At the same time, cold will be felt in Bihar, Jharkhand, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh between 15th and 20th November. The effect of cold will gradually increase in these states.
