1. Turmeric
A compound called curcumin is found in turmeric which plays an important role in controlling blood sugar level, and it also increases insulin sensitivity. Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties are found in this spice which are considered very beneficial for health. Diabetic patients should drink turmeric milk.

2. Fenugreek seeds
If you drink fenugreek water daily, it will help a lot in controlling type-2 diabetes. This spice contains rich amount of fiber, which slows down digestion and hence prevents the absorption of carbohydrates and sugar. For this, keep one spoon of fenugreek soaked in a small bowl overnight and after waking up in the morning, filter it through a strainer and drink it.

3. Coriander Seeds
It has been proven in many researches that coriander seeds help in increasing the secretion of insulin, and the carbohydrates found in it improve the body's metabolism and hypoglycemic process, which keeps the blood sugar level under control. Eating coriander seeds improves the digestive system which is very important for diabetic patients. To use it, add one spoon coriander seeds in a glass of water during breakfast and after waking up in the morning, filter this water and drink it.

4. Cinnamon
Cinnamon is no less than a medicine for diabetes patients, because it not only keeps the blood sugar level under control, but also does not allow bad cholesterol to accumulate in the blood. If you want to consume it, heat a glass of milk and then add a pinch of cinnamon powder to it and drink it.
