Estimated arrival of about 45 crore devotees
About 45 crore devotees, bathers, Kalpavasis and tourists from India and abroad are expected to arrive in Maha Kumbh-2025. In such a situation, complete care will be taken of their safety as well as convenience. Officials say that the Akharas will be inaugurated on the main bathing festival. Suddenly a crowd of devotees gather to see their splendor and eternal culture.
There will be crowd at Sangam Nose and other bathing ghats, Bade Hanuman Temple and other religious and tourist places. Amidst all this, if a young man or woman reaches there and makes a reel or takes a selfie, then an uncomfortable situation may arise. It has also been feared that as the number of people making reels on internet media has increased, if such a group of youth reaches the fair area, they will stay at one place for a long time.
This will also affect the traffic and crowd management system. Keeping many such reasons in mind, it has been decided that there will be a ban on people making reels, shooting videos and taking selfies during Mahakumbh. Permission will have to be taken from the police administration to shoot videos for the promotion of Mahakumbh. People will be able to take selfies in the periphery of the fair area where traffic and crowd control arrangements are not affected. ADG Zone, Prayagraj Bhanu Bhaskar said that a plan has been made for crowd and traffic control keeping in mind the safety and convenience of bathers, devotees and tourists in Mahakumbh. In view of this, a ban has been imposed on making reels and taking selfies, so that the devotees do not face any inconvenience.
