While leaders around the world are congratulating Trump, Putin did this thing, powerful countries were surprised to see the swag

Russian President Vladimir Putin has not congratulated America’s President-elect Donald Trump. This step of Putin has become a topic of discussion amidst the congratulations given to Trump by the world’s major heads of state. Instead of congratulating, the Kremlin has described Trump as the leader of an unfriendly country.

Leaders of all the big countries of the world, including PM Modi, congratulated Donald Trump on his victory in the US presidential elections, but till late evening there was no response from Russian President Putin. The Kremlin, on the other hand, has downplayed any impact of Donald Trump’s election victory on strained US-Russia relations. Spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said that relations between the two countries cannot get worse than this.

Dmitry Peskov said this

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said relations between the two countries are at an all-time low. When he was asked whether Putin would congratulate Trump on his victory. Peskov said he was not aware of any such plan. We should not forget that we are talking about a country that is an unfriendly country and is directly or indirectly involved in a war against our state, Peskov said, according to a report by RT.

Peskov reiterated that Russia considers the US election an internal matter and will not comment until he officially takes office. Regarding Trump’s promise to resolve the Ukraine crisis as soon as possible, he said that this statement is very important, but sometimes the tone of statements changes after victory.

Will talk on your terms-Ministry of External Affairs

After Trump was elected President, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a social media post that Russia will hold talks after the new White House administration. In this, work will be done to achieve our national interests and the goals of military operations. Our circumstances have not changed, Washington is well aware of them.
