The Albion elevates modern British gastronomy at Hôtel des Arts Saigon
The Albion by Kirk Westaway, on the hotel’s 23rd floor, combines innovative British cuisine with skyline views. Named after an ancient term for Britain, The Albion introduces an elevated interpretation of British gastronomy within an art-deco setting inspired by the 1930s. The venue’s design combines tradition with modern touches, creating an inviting space for both hotel guests and local diners.
Hôtel des Arts Saigon – MGallery Collection embodies a blend of art deco style and unique art pieces, curated by the hotel’s owner. The Albion enhances this ambiance with its refined British influence, featuring a classic British bar, wooden paneling, and decor inspired by London’s exclusive private clubs. This 60-seat dining space combines rich wallpapers, intricate textures, and marble accents against panoramic views of the city.
