How to make rice laddu
To make rice laddu, first of all, soak the rice for two-three hours and then filter the water thoroughly. After this, dry this rice thoroughly in the sun at a clean place.
If the rice is even a little wet or soft, then put the pan on the gas, add rice in it and dry it thoroughly on low flame. When the rice dries completely and cools down, put it in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely.
Now turn on the gas and add half a cup of ghee in the pan and when the ghee becomes hot, add the ground rice and fry it. When the rice is roasted, add sugar to it. After frying, add a little water, so that the shape of laddu can be made easily. And now Chhath Prasad is ready for you in the form of Laddus.
