Niva Bupa Health Insurance IPO: The initial public offer (IPO) of private health insurance company Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited has opened today. Investors will be able to bid for this issue till November 11. The company will be listed on Bombay Stock Exchange and NSE on 14th November.

The company wants to raise Rs 2,200 crore through this issue. For this, Niva Bupa Health Insurance is issuing 108,108,108 fresh shares worth Rs 800 crore. At the same time, the existing investors of the company are selling 189,189,189 shares worth Rs 1,400 crore through Offer for Sale i.e. OFS.

How much can you invest?

Niva Bupa Health Insurance has fixed the price band of this issue at ₹70-₹74. Retail investors can bid for a minimum of one lot i.e. 200 shares. If you apply for 1 lot at the upper price band of IPO of ₹ 74, then you will have to invest ₹ 14,800 for it.

At the same time, retail investors can apply for a maximum of 13 lots i.e. 2600 shares. For this, investors will have to invest ₹ 192,400 as per the upper price band.

Share reserved for non-institutional investors

Niva Bupa Health Insurance has reserved 75% for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB). Apart from this, 10 percent has been reserved for retail investors and the remaining 15% for non-institutional investors.
