There have been many such marriages in the world, which have been in the headlines for different reasons. Some for its grandeur, some for its simplicity, and some for its excessive royal expenditure. At the same time, there are some marriage ceremonies which are different from all these and are known for their unique rituals and customs.

Apart from all these, there was one such marriage, which is known for its abnormality. This marriage took place in a resort in Jamaica. Everyone had come to this wedding without clothes. Even the bride and groom had no clothes on their bodies.

Many weddings have taken place here before without clothes

The most unique thing about this marriage was that not just one couple got married here. 29 couples got married in this wedding ceremony and all of them performed all the wedding rituals without clothes. This is not a joke. This happened in 2003. All the bride and groom were completely without clothes.

This resort is in Jamaica

The event took place at the Hedonism III Resort in Runaway Bay, St. Ann in the island nation of Jamaica. This marriage had made a lot of headlines at that time. This marriage took place on the occasion of Valentine's Day in 2003. All the couples were naked in the hour-long ceremony held on the lawn on the beach near the hotel.

Couples from 29 different places got married

The couples participating in this wedding ceremony were from different countries and different professions. They ranged from heavy equipment operators to advertising executives, welders to kindergarten teachers. These included a Russian, a Crow tribe, a Native American and a Canadian citizen.

Reverend Frank Cervasio of the Universal Life Church of Florida performed the joint marriage ceremony. The most important thing is that such marriages had taken place in this resort before and it is famous for this work. But, the naked marriage that took place in 2003 was special because it was a mass naked marriage. Reverend Frank Servasio had performed the ceremonies for all such weddings held at the resort in the past three years. The marriage that took place in 2003 was record breaking. In the previous two years, about a dozen couples used to get married every year.

Some guests attended blindfolded.

In this ceremony, the 18-year-old daughter of a bride and her boyfriend decided to attend the wedding and they attended the ceremony blindfolded. Although most of the groom's family considered the choice of venue to be a strange one, this group naked marriage was one of the most unique and unusual of such weddings held anywhere even today.
