Article 370: Will Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah be able to bring back Article 370 or was the proposal played to preserve the issue? As soon as questions were raised, there was a huge uproar in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly today i.e. on Thursday. The MLAs kept fighting amongst themselves in the Assembly, but CM Abdullah kept watching. Questions are being raised that Why is CM Omar Abdullah 'playing' on 370?

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is shouting from the House to the streets that it will not allow the formula of two marks, two constitutions to be introduced again at any cost. Many party leaders opposed this move of CM Omar Abdullah. Everyone raised their voice in one voice that return of 370 is not possible at all. On the other hand, the parties of Jammu and Kashmir have laid out their cards. Pressure is increasing on the India alliance to know what is the stand of parties like Congress on this step of Omar Abdullah.

Why was there ruckus in the assembly?

Engineer Rashid's brother Khurshid Ahmed Shaikh had just hoisted the poster in support of Article 370 in the Assembly when the BJP MLAs got angry and after this they started kicking and punching inside the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly. Due to the poster war, there was a scuffle between the members in the House. The pictures themselves tell us how there is a fight in the politics of Jammu and Kashmir regarding Article 370 and 35A.

Chief Minister Omar Abdullah sat in front and kept watching the ruckus silently and there was a situation of clash of sticks between National Conference, PDP, Awami Ittehad Party versus BJP. BJP MLAs were also injured in this uproar. BJP MLA from Akhnoor, Mohan Lal, suffered injuries. He alleged that he was attacked for tearing an anti-national poster.

With the formation of the new government in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, how the agenda of withdrawal of Article 370 has returned and how the chaos has increased. It started with the proposal of Omar government, in which issues like withdrawal of Article 370, special status and restoration of statehood were mentioned. All parties have the same opinion regarding statehood. But a direct war has broken out between BJP and Kashmiri parties regarding the restoration of Article 370.

It is surprising that on the withdrawal of Article 370, Omar Abdullah was seen raising his hands till he took the oath. They also know that without the approval of the Central Government, re-implementation is not possible. Then why did they start playing tension-increasing tactics and why did they feel the need to bring a proposal. Congress also got caught up in these questions. Some experts say that Omar Abdullah is doing all this as a strategy to put pressure on the central government.
