Pakistan told another lie on the platform of United Nations, this time MP Rajeev Shukla rebuked it strongly.
Washington : Pakistan has once again been disgraced on the platform of the United Nations when Congress Party leader and senior Rajya Sabha MP Rajeev Shukla, who arrived to address the Fourth Committee of the UNGA, criticized Pakistan's efforts in the United Nations regarding the issue of Kashmir. He termed the remarks as wrong and criticized Pakistan's efforts.
Rajya Sabha MP Rajeev Shukla said that Pakistan repeatedly raises the issue of Kashmir unnecessarily as well as presents wrong information and facts. Such actions are not going to benefit Pakistan. Rajiv Shukla said that by spreading wrong information, the Pakistani delegation has once again used this platform to spread lies and fake information. India condemns this effort and advises not to use such platforms for an important problem like Kashmir.
Rajiv Shukla said that spreading false and misleading information has become a habit of the Pakistani delegation. He clearly said that he wants to make it clear on behalf of India that real democratic countries work differently. The recently held free and fair elections have been as per the expectations of the people of Jammu and Kashmir and there has been a record turnout by the people of Jammu and Kashmir in the free and fair elections. No matter how many lies Pakistan spreads regarding this, it will not change the ground reality.

Giving advice to Pakistan, Rajeev Shukla said that if Pakistan uses this platform to play a constructive role instead of expanding its divisive and political agenda, it can be beneficial for Pakistan. India and Pakistan will continue to work together with the United Nations against fake and misleading information.
