Know the method of making ridge gourd chutney

4-5 ridge gourd or ridge gourd
teaspoon of cumin
coriander stems
bulk red chilli
Salt
lemon juice
mustard oil
4-5 cloves of garlic
– First of all wash the ridge gourd thoroughly.
-Then place the grill on the gas and put ridge gourd on it and fry it.
-If you want, you can also roast these ridge gourds in the microwave.
-When all the zucchini are cooked well, remove them from the flame. Remove their peels easily and separate them. Don't worry if some peel is left, it is delicious.
-Put all the fried and peeled zucchini in the blender bowl. Also add coriander stalks and green chillies.
Add a little cumin, whole red chilli and some garlic cloves and grind it.
– No water is required for grinding. Luffa releases water automatically.
– Just grind it well and then add salt and lemon juice to it. Also add a few drops of mustard oil. It starts giving off fragrance.
– Delicious ridge gourd chutney is ready, serve with rice and eat.
