Even if you leave your child in the car, you should keep some important things in mind. For example, keep the car window slightly open so that fresh air from outside keeps coming inside the car so that the child does not suffocate. Apart from this, if for some reason you have to leave the child in the car, then leave the car with the AC on so that the child does not suffocate.

Teach important things to the child
If your child is old enough to learn a new thing, then you should teach the child what to do if the car gets locked and the child is alone. You should always keep a hammer in the car and tell the child that if he ever gets locked in the car, he should break the glass with the hammer to come out. Teach the child to make calls from the mobile so that if your child ever gets locked in the car, If it happens and if there is a phone in the car, then the child should know how to answer the call. Make the child remember your parents' number and always keep a copy and pen in the car or write your phone number on a paper.

Explain to the child that if they ever get locked, then write help on paper and put it on the mirror so that the person passing by can know that the child is inside. Dr. Bhagwan Mantri, a pulmonologist in Delhi, tells that when there is a lack of oxygen in the air inside the car, If there is a deficiency and harmful gases like carbon monoxide (CO) increase, death can occur. If all the doors and windows of the vehicle are closed then air circulation is not possible in the vehicle. In such a situation, the level of carbon monoxide keeps increasing. There is a shortage of oxygen. The lungs do not get sufficient amount of oxygen. Due to lack of oxygen, heart and brain cells start dying. Oxygen does not reach these organs and the heart beat starts decreasing. Due to this, the heart is not able to function properly and oxygen does not reach the brain, which causes death.
