According to the Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 2021, if there are unmarried, married and widowed daughters in the family, apart from step and adopted daughters, then the names of all of them should be included in it. Once the name is given in Form 4 submitted by the government employee, the daughter is counted as an official member of the family.
