The pollution situation in Delhi is continuously getting worse. On Thursday, severe air quality levels were recorded at 12 places where AQI was more than 400, including Anand Vihar and Jahangirpuri at 434. On Wednesday, 6 places recorded levels of more than 400, so in the next 2-3 days The chances of getting relief are very less.

According to the Central Pollution Control Board, the pollution level in the capital remained very poor for the 9th consecutive day on Thursday, with the average air quality index at 377. Due to decrease in temperature and wind speed, pollution levels are increasing, due to which people are facing health problems. It was 307 on October 30, but did not reach this figure again till November 7. It was 382 on November 3.

There may be fog on Friday morning, but the sky is likely to clear as the day progresses. The meteorological department said the maximum temperature was 31.7 degrees Celsius, which was 2 degrees above normal, and the minimum temperature was 18 degrees Celsius, which was 4 degrees above normal.

Number of patients increased

The number of respiratory patients in the OPD of Pulmonology Department of AIIMS increased by 20 in a week. Dr. Karan Madan, Associate Professor, Department of Pulmonology, says that such people should walk in the morning and evening and go out less.
