- Flour – 1 cup
- Celery- half teaspoon
- Gram flour – one cup
- Oil for frying – 2 tbsp
- Baking soda – a pinch
- Salt – as per taste
- Oil and salt for frying
- Water – as required
method of making
- If you want to make market like crispy Namak Paratha then mix oil in the flour. Mix it well.
- Now add salt, baking soda, celery and gram flour and mix for 1-2 minutes.
- Now add some water to it and mash it. Be careful not to add too much water, otherwise the dough will become soggy.
- Sift the flour well and keep it aside for 30 minutes. Now put oil in a pan and heat it well.
- Till then divide the dough into three parts and make medium sized balls. Roll it out and cut it into long pieces with a knife
- You can make it in any shape, long or short. Fry it in oil until it turns golden brown.
- Keep it slow otherwise it will not cook from inside. – Keep taking it out on a napkin in a plate, so that the excess oil gets absorbed. Crispy namakpar is ready.
- Once done, store in an air tight container. When guests come to your house, feed them this, you will definitely be praised.
