Just a couple of months, and I’ll be back in full swing: Shivarajkumar

Shivarajkumar, the Century Star fondly known as Karunada Chakravarthy in the Kannada industry, has addressed recent health speculations by confirming that he is currently undergoing treatment for a serious medical condition. While he chose not to disclose specific details, it is widely speculated to be a critical illness. Despite this, Shivanna remains hopeful and optimistic about his recovery. The beloved star shared this update during promotions for his upcoming film Bhairathi Ranagaldirected by Narthan and produced under his banner, Geetha Pictures, set for a grand release on November 15.

Reflecting on the moment of his diagnosis, Shivanna candidly admitted to an initial wave of fear. “Like anyone, I was shocked at first, but the overwhelming support from family, friends, and fans has given me the strength to face this challenge. I’m responding well to treatment,” he reassured fans, putting concerns to rest.

Shivanna revealed that he has been prescribed four treatment sessions, with two already completed. Demonstrating his resilience, he shared, “There’s nothing to worry about. I’ve managed to complete intense action scenes and continue hosting Dance Karnataka Dance amidst treatments. Now, my full focus is on promoting Bhairathi Ranagal.”

According to sources, a surgery may follow the remaining sessions, with discussions underway to have the procedure performed in the U.S., possibly in Florida this December. “I might need a brief break, about a month and a half, but I expect to be back to my usual routine by the end of January,” he stated confidently.

Currently, Shivanna is taking necessary precautions to avoid infections, especially during fan interactions. “Just a couple of months,” he assured, “and I’ll be back in full swing.” His openness and determination have inspired fans, who are eagerly awaiting his return to both good health and the screen.
