Mallikarjun Kharge, said – Constitution gives equal rights to everyone and why do BJP-RSS hate the Constitution of India so much?
New Delhi. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge said that on Friday he wrote on X-post that why has BJP hated the Constitution of India so much? He said that we have been asking this question to former Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Assam Chief Minister Himanta Vishwa Sharma. PM Narendra Modi, who had to bow down to the Constitution in the Parliament after the Lok Sabha elections 2024, is also asking them.

Mallikarjun Kharge said that by repeatedly linking the Constitution with Naxalism, do the BJP/RSS leaders want to bring their defeated agenda of implementing Manusmriti in the country? He said that BJP/RSS leaders are not able to tolerate that the Constitution gives equal rights to all and gives power to Dalits, tribals, backward, minorities and poor classes.
Why does BJP hate the Constitution of India so much?
We are not only asking this question to the former Chief Minister of Maharashtra and Chief Minister of Assam, we are also asking it to Modi ji, who had to bow down to the Constitution in the Parliament after the Lok Sabha elections.

Kharge said that RSS mouthpiece Organiser, in its November 30, 1949 issue, had written in an editorial that the worst thing about this new Constitution of India is that there is nothing Indian in it. There is no mention of the amazing constitutional development of ancient India. To this day the laws of Manu recorded in Manusmriti are the cause of admiration of the world and they produce spontaneous obedience and conformity. All this is meaningless to our constitutional experts. He said that here RSS is clearly standing in opposition to the main creator of the Indian Constitution i.e. Ambedkar and in support of Manusmriti.
Kharge said that the entire country knows how the Sangh Parivar at that time burnt copies of the Constitution and burnt the effigies of Pandit Nehru and Babasaheb Ambedkar. The people of Maharashtra and the country will give a befitting reply to the anti-constitutional and anti-reservation BJP.
