I was suddenly looking at other people's work and asking myself could I do this and would I get this opportunity. After some time I realized there was some problem. Then I started therapy.
Arjun further said, I started therapy, went to a few therapists but it did not help. Then I met someone who gave me a chance to talk. He told me I was depressed. I could never talk about it openly, but I had Hashimoto's. An autoimmune disease that damages the thyroid. For example, if I'm traveling and my brain thinks I'm in trouble, my weight increases. When I was 30 years old, I got this disease, my mother also had this disease and my sister Anshula also has this disease.
Arjun said, it has a very bad effect on my physical and mental health. This causes many physical problems. It also affects my lifestyle. The energy level in the body gradually starts decreasing. Being an actor, I pay more attention to my health.
