UCEED registration 2025 with late fee extended; apply by November 18

New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has extended the Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design (UCEED) 2025  application date. The last date to apply for the UCEED entrance exam 2025 with a late fee is November 18. The application form link is available on the official website, uceed.iitb.ac.in. Earlier, the last date to register was set for November 8, 2024.

UCEED 2025 will be held on January 19 in a single shift from 9 AM to 12 noon. The UCEED admit card will be made available on January 3, 2025.

Documents Required for UCEED Application

To complete the UCEED registration, candidates need to upload the below documents-

  • Recent coloured photograph with specified size
  • A scanned copy of the signature
  • Proof of date of birth
  • All academic certificates and marksheet
  • Reserved category certificates (if candidates belong to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe or any other reserved category)
  • Dyslexic category candidates need to submit FORM-DYSLEXIC 1 and form 2

What is UCEED?

UCEED is conducted to shortlist candidates for admission to the Bachelor of Design (BDes) programmes at IIT Delhi, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Bombay, IIT Roorkee, IIT Guwahati, IIT Roorkee and IIITDM Jabalpur. The exam assesses candidates’ logical reasoning, aptitude for design, creativity, visual perception ability and communication skills. The paper will have Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions, Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), and Multiple Select Questions (MSQ). There will also be subjective questions which will test the candidates’ drawing and design skills.
