South Africa captain Aiden Markram wins toss, elects to bowl in 1st T20I against India
South Africa captain Aiden Markram has won the toss and elected to bowl first in the first T20I against India. “It has been raining over here so we are looking to take advantage of the moisture in the wicket. The weather is around and the pitch looks good for batting. We are not thinking about the IPL mega auction as our focus is on this series,” Aiden Markram said.
Suryakumar Yadav would have batted first as well. “We were looking to bat first. The wicket is looking fine and we want to accept challenges as a team. Our dressing room is full of talent and I don’t have to say anything to my players. We are thinking about the IPL auction as you can’t ignore it,” Suryakumar Yadav said.
