Railways will soon launch super app for passenger convenience

Latest News :- At present, people are booking tickets to travel by train from the website of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC). 85 percent people are using this website. Similarly, separate applications are being used for freight train transport and railway tourism. This makes it difficult for rail transport users to receive integrated service.

Subsequently, a cell phone app called Super App is being developed to access all the services of the Ministry of Railways in one app. It is learned that passengers can book tickets instantly through this super app. Similarly, passengers will also be able to get unreserved tickets easily. Apart from this, in case of ticket cancellation, railway passengers will also have the facility to get the money refunded in the next 24 hours in this mobile application.

Apart from this, passengers can avail various services like ticket confirmation, train site viewing, ordering food etc. through PNR number. This new cell phone app will have two sections. One of these is for passengers. The second consignment will be for customers. Accordingly, facilities like sending goods, submitting documents and paying fees will also be available in this cell phone application.

This super app of Railways is probably expected to be launched by the end of this year. With the use of Railway Super App, railway passengers will be able to easily access all the facilities through this one app. Railway sources said that railway passengers will be able to book tickets without any hassle.
