Hindu devotee going to Sri Nankana Sahib on 555th Prakash Parv murdered, four and a half lakh rupees looted

Sri Nankana Sahib News: Today on Friday, on the occasion of Kartik Purnima, the Sikh community across the world is celebrating the 555th Prakash Parv of Guru Nanak Devji. On this occasion, a special program was organized at Gurudwara Sri Nankana Sahib, the birthplace of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. At the same time, a Hindu devotee who was going to participate in this program was shot dead in Lahore, Pakistan.

According to media reports, Rajesh Kumar, a resident of Larkana city of Sindh province of Pakistan, was going from Lahore to Nankana Sahib in a car with his friend and a relative on the 555th Prakash Parv. During this time, three robbers stopped his car on Mananwala-Nankana Sahib Road, about 60 kilometers from Lahore, and looted four and a half lakh Pakistani rupees from him. The robbers also snatched 10 thousand Pakistani rupees from the driver of the car. When Rajesh Kumar protested, they opened fire on him. In which he was badly injured and died in the hospital.

It is being told that in the case of Rajesh's murder, on the complaint of his relative, the police have registered a case against unknown people under various sections of the Pakistan Penal Code. Let us tell you that on the 555th Prakash Parv of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the main program has been organized at his birthplace Gurudwara Shri Nankana Sahib. A large number of people have come to participate in this program. At the same time, more than 2,500 Sikhs from India have also reached Pakistan.
