There was a huge uproar between two parties in Mau district of Uttar Pradesh. Here, two bikes collided in Madhuvan Mod Roadways market of Ghosi Kotwali area on Friday night, after which a minor clash between the two sides turned into a bloody conflict. During this, there was fierce knife fighting between the two parties, in which two people were injured.
After this, people from both the sides who reached the spot started pelting stones at each other. When the police got information about this commotion, CO Ghosi and the station in-charge reached the spot. During this, the miscreants pelted stones at them, due to which both the people got injured. At present, heavy police force has been deployed at the spot.
According to the information, there was a minor collision between two bikes on Friday night in Madhuvan Mod Roadways market of Ghosi Kotwali area. As soon as the collision occurred, an argument started between both the parties. During this, people from one party attacked the other with knives, due to which two people were seriously injured. When his family members and villagers came to know about this, they reached the spot. Within no time, people from both sides gathered at Madhuvan Mod Roadways market. During this, stone pelting and violent clashes started between both the sides. These people started creating ruckus in the market. Many vehicles were broken.
Miscreants pelted stones at the police vehicle
When Ghosi CO and police station in-charge came to know about this, they reached the spot with the police force. Seeing the police on the spot, the crowd pelted stones at them. Both the CO and the station in-charge were injured in stone pelting. The miscreants also broke police vehicles. Seeing the increasing uproar, top officials from the district along with police forces from other police stations reached Ghosi. SDM Abhishek Goswami created a ruckus and appealed to the people to maintain peace. He made an announcement through the mike and even offered to talk to the people who were creating ruckus.

However, even after the request of the SDM, the miscreants did not calm down. They blocked the Gorakhpur-Varanasi National Highway. SDM Abhishek Goswami told that there was an argument between two parties in Madhuvan Mod Roadways market of Ghosi Kotwali area. During this time, knife fighting also took place, in which two people from one side were injured. The injured have been referred to Varanasi Trauma Centre. People are being talked to.
