Got 5-star safety rating
Harrier and Tata Safari have received 5-star safety rating in the crash test conducted by Bharat New Car Assessment Program in September 2024. The build quality of both Tata Harrier and Safari is strong and these vehicles have got 30.08 points out of 32 for adult safety. Have met. Apart from this, the SUV also has a washer with rear wiper and an LED strip completely encircling the rear tailgate.

The new Safari and Harrier facelift come with features like a larger touchscreen infotainment system, wireless mobile connectivity, a new interface with a digital instrument cluster, ambient lighting and a two-spoke steering wheel. Both again have panoramic sunroof, powered and ventilated front seats, 360 degree camera, air purifier and ADAS. The SUV gets a 2.0-litre diesel engine that produces 168 bhp power and 350 Nm peak torque. It has 6-speed manual and 6-speed torque converter gearbox.
