574 players shortlisted for IPL 2025 mega auction, bidding will be done for these players first


IPL 2025 Mega Auction Players List:
1574 players had registered for the 18th season of IPL, but BCCI has shortlisted only 574 players. This information came to light through the press release of IPL. 70 slots will be available for foreign players in IPL 2025 mega auction

208 foreign players have been shortlisted for the mega auction, including three players from Associate Nations. There are 318 uncapped Indian players and 12 uncapped foreign players. A total of 204 slots will be available for players in the auction, out of which 70 slots will be for foreign players. This includes 81 players with a base price of Rs 2 crore.

Apart from this, 150 players will have a base price of Rs 1.50 crore. 18 players with base price of Rs 1.25 crore, 23 with base price of Rs 1 crore, 92 with base price of Rs 75 lakh, 8 with base price of Rs 50 lakh, 5 with base price of Rs 40 lakh and 320 players with base price of Rs 30 lakh are included.

These players will be included in the first three sets of mega auction

Information about which players will be included in the first three sets of IPL 2025 mega auction has also been revealed. The first set will include Jos Buttler, Shreyas Iyer, Rishabh Pant, Kagiso Rabada, Arshdeep Singh and Mitchell Starc. Yuzvendra Chahal, Liam Livingstone, David Miller, KL Rahul, Mohammed Shami and Mohammed Siraj will be kept in the second set. At the same time, the names of Harry Brook, Devon Conway, Jake Fraser-McGurk, David Warner, Rahul Tripathi and Devdutt Padikkal are included in the third set.
