Hrithik Roshan is admired globally for his ‘Greek God’ like physique. Her elder sister Sunaina Roshan’s massive weight loss transformation stands as a motivating testimony that nothing is impossible. The daughter of director Rakesh Roshan, nearly lost 50 kgs way back in 2017 according to media reports post her bariatric surgery. Later she was diagnosed with cervical cancer and developed other health issues like fatty liver as well.

Recently, Sunaina started sharing her journey towards a healthy lifestyle on her social media account.

Sunaina Roshan’s Tips For Healthy Living

The 52-year-old shares her night routine, skincare etc that keeps her healthy and happy. Having a routine before bed time can help the body detoxify, get ready for next dat and also maintain overall health. Sunaina shared how she has early dinner, herbal tea and sets a calming envrionemnt before heading to sleep.

  • Finish dinner by 8 -8: 30 PM
  • Refreshing and calming chamomile tea
  • Listening to good music
  • Journaling
  • Talking to friends
  • No social media

Sharing about making healthy swaps after jaundice, she said, “Today, I am going to talk about my switch from junk food to healthy eating. I would basically eat everything and anything under the sun that was unhealthy. Pizzas, burgers, you name it, and I would be eating it. There’s nothing healthy that was going into my body.”

With simple lifestyle changes, Sunaina managed to reverse her grade 3 fatty liver. “For me, to make that switch became much easier and it happened day by day, step by step. My advice to all of you would be don’t let pain or illness change you to making healthier choices. Do not be lazy about it. Do not be fearful. If you can do it or not. Just do it before it’s too late,” she recalled.

All it takes is to make one courageous move and leave procrastination behind. Consistency and dedication eventually will make these habits a way of life.
