Making Spinach Pakodas (in Air Fryer):
Combine spinach leaves, gram flour, cumin, coriander powder, baking soda, turmeric, red chilli powder and salt in a bowl and mix well. Prepare a thick batter by adding water. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Take a spoon of batter and place it in the air fryer basket and spray oil on top. Air fry the pakodas for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, so that they become crispy and golden on both sides. To make tadka, heat oil or ghee in a small pan. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafoetida, dry red chilli and curry leaves. When it starts crackling, the tadka is ready. Add the tempering to the kadhi and mix well. Now add air fried spinach pakodas to the kadhi and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Then garnish it with green coriander and serve it hot.
