Apple Cucumber Salad
This salad made of sev and cucumber is ready to be prepared quickly with very few ingredients. If you are in a hurry, just make this.
Material
- sev-1
- Cucumber-1
- Mint- 3 Tablespoon
- Salt- as per taste
- Ground black pepper – ½ tsp
- Honey- 1 tsp
- Lemon juice- 1 tsp
Recipe
- Cut apple and cucumber into small pieces in a bowl.
Add honey, lemon juice, black pepper and salt to it and mix well.
Add mint leaves to it and then mix well and serve.
Sprouted Moong Salad
Protein-rich sprouts are very beneficial for the body. Especially if you are a vegetarian, you should eat this salad every day to fulfill your protein requirement.
Ingredients for Sprouted Moong Salad
- Sprouted Moong – 1 cup
- Roasted peanuts – 2 tbsp
- Tomato- ½
- Cucumber – ½
- Carrot- ½
- Green Coriander – 2 tbsp
- Green chilli- 1
- Spring Onion- 2 tbsp
- Cumin powder- ½ tsp
- Kashmiri red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
- Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
How to make Sprouted Moong Salad
- Let the moong dal soak for 24 hours. When sprouts appear in it, drain the water.
- Blanch it in hot water for two minutes.
- Take moong in a bowl, add cumin powder, chilli powder and salt and mix everything well. ,
- Add cucumber, tomato, carrot, spring onion, green coriander, green chilli and lemon juice to it.
- Serve this Moong Sprouts Salad garnished with roasted peanuts.
Sprouted Chickpea Salad
Like sprouted moong salad, sprouted gram salad also contains good amount of protein. You won't have to work hard to make this either.
Ingredients to make Sprouted Chickpea Salad
- Gram sprouts- 1 bowl
- Onion- 1
- Cucumber- 1
- Tomato- 1
- Green chilli- 1
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Chaat masala – ½ tsp
- Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
- Black salt- 1/4 tsp
- Salt- as per taste
How to make Sprouted Chickpea Salad
Soak the gram for at least 12 hours.
Drain the water and keep it wrapped in a muslin cloth for 8 hours so that sprouts are formed.
Chop onion, cucumber, tomato all finely.
Mix them with gram and add chaat masala, black salt, red chilli and mix well.
Add lemon juice and serve it as salad in lunch or dinner.
Cheesy Pineapple Salad
Everyone likes cheese and when it is mixed with pineapple to make a salad, it tastes very tasty.
Ingredients to make Cheesy Pineapple Salad
- Gelatin- 1 tablespoon
- Sugar- 3⁄4 cup
- Pineapple Syrup- 1⁄2 cup
- Pineapple pieces – 1 cup
- Grated cheese- 1 cup
- Whipped cream-1 cup
How to make Cheesy Pineapple Salad
- Place the gelatin in cold water, so that it becomes a little soft.
- Add sugar to pineapple syrup in a pan on low flame and let it dissolve. Add gelatin to it and keep stirring until it dissolves well.
- When it gets set, add pineapple and cheese to it.
- Add whipped cream on top and take out in a serving bowl.
Rainbow Fruit Salad
As the name suggests, this salad is made from fruits of different colors. You won't be able to stop yourself after seeing this.
Ingredients to make Rainbow Fruit Salad
- Banana- 2
- Pomegranate- 1
- Guava- 1
- Plum-1
- Apple- 1
- Strawberry- 7-8
- Kiwi- 3
- Pineapple- 5 slices
- Strawberry/Vanilla Yogurt- 1⁄2 cup
- Fresh Cream- 1⁄2 cup
Rainbow Fruit Salad Recipe
- Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Peel the sev and cut it into small pieces.
- Cut plums and guava into small pieces. Take out the pomegranate seeds and cut the banana into rounds.
- Pineapple has to be cut into slices. Cut kiwi into round slices also.
- Take out all the chopped fruits in a large bowl. Mix them well.
- Add yogurt and cream to it and stir well once again.
- Your rainbow fruit salad is ready.
