Announcement of compensation of Rs 2 lakh for the families of the children who lost their lives in the medical college accident, condolences expressed

On Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced a compensation of Rs 2 lakh to the families of those who lost their lives in the fire in the Children's Ward of the Medical College in Jhansi district of Uttar Pradesh. On Saturday, officials have informed that at least 10 people have lost their lives in the fire that broke out in the Medical College of Jhansi district.

16 children have been injured

Information has also been given that about 16 children have been injured. Prime Minister's Office (PMO) has informed that this incident is heartbreaking. Condolences have been expressed for the deceased children.

In another post, information has been given that a compensation of Rs 2 lakh will be provided to the family of the deceased. This compensation will be given from the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund. The injured will be given a compensation of Rs 50,000.
