A shocking case of murder has come to light from Etawah district of Uttar Pradesh. Here miscreants entered the house of a young man and took his wife hostage. After this, her husband was brutally murdered in front of her by slitting his throat with a sharp weapon. The accused escaped after committing this horrific incident, but it created a sensation in the area. The wife is in bad condition and crying.

This is how the crime was committed

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Sanjay Kumar Verma said that the deceased has been identified as Manoj Jatav (45). On the intervening night of Friday and Saturday, some unknown people entered his house located in Gapchia village. At that time he was sleeping with his wife. After this, the attackers first tied the woman's hands and legs with a rope. After this the miscreants slit Manoj Jatav's throat with a sharp weapon. After the murder the wife somehow informed the police. Police reached the spot and sent the body for post-mortem.

Sanjay Kumar further told that the deceased was a security guard in Delhi. He had come home for a few days. Meanwhile, his murder incident has shocked people. His neighbors and relatives say that he had no dispute with anyone. Even the miscreants have not looted the house. At present, the police have registered a case against unknown people and started investigation.

Sarafa family was also killed

Earlier too, last week, a heart-wrenching incident of murder in a bullion family had come to light from Etawah. Here a businessman Mukesh Verma had murdered his wife and three children. Police investigation revealed that Mukesh first gave sleeping pills to his wife Rekha (45 years), daughter Bhavya (20 years), daughter Kavya (16 years), and son (11 years), due to which they became unconscious. Then one by one he strangled everyone. After this he lay down on the railway track to commit suicide.

During police interrogation, the accused admitted that he took this dreadful step due to family dispute and mental stress. On this matter, SSP Sanjay Kumar said that after the arrest of Mukesh, his mental condition was also examined. He said that in the post-mortem report, marks were found on the neck, which confirms murder. Accused Mukesh told that there was a dispute going on with the family for a long time, due to which there was some tension in Delhi also.
