To make carrot soup, first wash and clean the tomatoes and carrots and then cut them. Add salt in a cup of water and boil carrots and tomatoes in it. When it starts boiling, slow down the flame so that the vegetables get cooked completely.
Cool them and then grind them in a blender and then through a sieve. Add water to dilute it. Keep it on low flame and let it boil. Add sugar and black pepper to it. Cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Serve garnished with cream and grated carrots.
