Political war broke out after Kailash Gehlot's resignation from AAP, AAP and BJP accused each other

New Delhi. Just before the Delhi Assembly elections, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has suffered a major setback. Senior party leader and Delhi minister Kailash Gehlot resigned from the party on Sunday. Kailash Gehlot sent his resignation to the party's national convenor Arvind Kejriwal and Chief Minister Atishi, which has been accepted. Many types of reactions are coming to light on this, in which a phase of blame game has started between AAP and BJP.

Pressure of ED and Income Tax cases: AAP made allegations

AAP sources say that many ED and Income Tax cases were pending against Kailash Gehlot. He was also raided several times, due to which he was unable to face investigation. According to sources, Gehlot was left with no other option but to resign. He decided to join BJP. The party termed it a “dirty conspiracy” by the BJP. AAP spokespersons alleged that BJP is trying to spoil the atmosphere in Delhi elections by using ED and CBI.

BJP targeted you

On Kailash Gehlot's resignation, BJP leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa said, “Kailash Gehlot, considered close to Kejriwal, left AAP today. This proves that the ship of corruption is sinking. Kejriwal's associates are now moving away from him. Kailash Gehlot has said what we have been saying continuously.”

Kapil Mishra's taunt

BJP leader Kapil Mishra also reacted to Kailash Gehlot's resignation. He said, “Gehlot has clearly written in his resignation that it has become impossible to work due to corruption in the Aam Aadmi Party and its government. This step of Gehlot is a strong signal against the loot and lies of the AAP government. Now AAP workers are leaving the party in every assembly.”

your reaction

AAP spokesperson Priyanka Kakkar hit back at the BJP, saying, “There were many cases of ED and CBI against Kailash Gehlot and his family. BJP has been carrying out such conspiracies during elections. Gehlot decided to join BJP instead of going to jail.” He also claimed that two big BJP leaders are going to join AAP.

Nalin Kohli's statement

BJP spokesperson Nalin Kohli said on Gehlot's resignation, “Gehlot has made serious allegations in his resignation. He has exposed the so-called 'governance model' of the AAP government. Questions have been raised on Yamuna pollution and promises made. When questions are raised on your accountability, they start making excuses.”

Delhi elections will be affected

Kailash Gehlot's resignation can become a big challenge for AAP in the election environment. While BJP has called it a failure of the Kejriwal government, AAP has called it a conspiracy by the BJP.
