Conspiracy to derail train again in UP, this is how a major accident was averted!
Bareilly: Once again a conspiracy was hatched to overturn a train in Uttar Pradesh, however, a major accident was avoided here. Near Dibnapur station of Bareilly Pilibhit track of Izzatnagar railway division, scoundrels had placed a cement bench and a cut piece of railway track on the railway track. When the loco pilot of the goods train realized that something had hit, he stopped the train. Then I saw that a broken cemented bench of the railway and a piece of railway track were lying on the track.
Railway control was informed about this. Officials from RPF, engineering and operating departments arrived. After investigation of the matter, both the items were removed and the goods train was sent again. A case was registered against unknown in Hafizganj police station.
Major train accident averted
A railway employee has lodged an FIR in this matter at Hafizganj police station. Let us tell you that someone had conspired to overturn a goods train at a short distance from Dibnapur railway station between Senthal-Bhojipura station on Bareilly to Pilibhit line. At around 12 o'clock on Friday night, the goods train was coming from Dibnapur towards Bareilly. The train was passing when the loco pilot heard something hitting the engine.
The loco stopped the train and went to the spot where something had hit and saw that a cemented bench was lying broken on the side of the track and some part of the engine was also damaged. A piece of railway track (1.25 meters long) was also lying at some distance. The loco pilot informed the station master and railway control. After this, RPF, Civil Police, Railway Intelligence Team, Engineer Team reached the spot.
Investigation into the case started
After investigation, the cemented bench and a piece of railway track were removed from there. After this the train was dispatched. On Saturday, a case was registered against an unknown person at Hafizganj police station on behalf of Senior Section Engineering, Pilibhit. Currently the matter is being investigated.
