A deadly explosion rocked a house in northern Bac Giang Province on Wednesday evening, killing one person.
The blast, which occurred around 8 p.m., destroyed the home of 33-year-old Be Van Chien, causing the roof and walls to collapse.
Witnesses reported hearing a loud, bomb-like explosion, followed by flames and a series of smaller blasts. The 100-square-meter house was severely damaged, with debris scattered across the site. Firecracker remnants were also found at the scene.
