Ingredients to make Veg Kebab
2.5 cups soya chunks
two grated carrots
one onion finely chopped
green coriander finely chopped
one red chilli
salt as per taste
chilli powder
one spoon cumin powder
one spoon garam masala powder
one spoon soy sauce
4 spoon gram flour

half cup thick curd
finely grated cucumber
finely chopped coriander

Veg Seekh Kabab Recipe
-First of all, put soya chunks in hot water and leave it for about ten minutes. When they swell, press them with your hands and remove the water.
-Now put these soya chunks in the mixer and grind them finely.
-Put soya chunks in a vessel.
– Also add grated carrot, finely chopped onion, finely chopped green coriander.
– Add cumin powder, garam masala powder, about one spoon each.
– Also add salt as per taste. – Along with red chilli powder, also add finely chopped red chillies.
-Add about one spoon soy sauce. Mix everything well.
-Now add gram flour and mix it with hands.
-Simply shape it into an oval lengthwise and heat the pan.
– Add oil in the pan and cook all the kebabs slowly from all sides. So that it cooks well.
-To make dressing, take very thick curd.
-Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the water.
-Add salt and green coriander and mix.
-Now take paratha prepared from flour and add seekh kebab, dressing and salad to it. Delicious veg seekh kebab is ready.
