Bhubaneswar, Nov 17: The Odisha State Film Awards for the years 2020, 2021 and 2022 were presented here on Sunday.
Odisha Governor Raghubar Das attended the ceremony as the chief guest and presented the Awards to the awardees.
Anant Mahapatra, Srinivasa Mahapatra, and ace comedian Jayiram Samal were conferred ‘the Mohansundar Dev Goswami Award’.
Among films, ‘Shahid Raghu Sardar’ received the best film award for 2020, ‘Prativsha’ and ‘Dalchini’ for 2021 and ‘Daman’ for 2022 respectively.
Dekshisha Panar was awarded as the best actor for the film ‘Raghu Sardar’ and Kavya Kiran Shukla was awarded the best actress, for 2020.
Similarly, Deepnavit Das Mahapatra was awarded the best actor for the film ‘Pratiksha’ and Suryamayi Mohapatra was awarded the best actress for the film ‘Dalchini’ for for the year 2021.
Among the actors, Babushan Mohanty was awarded the best actor for the film ‘Daman’ and Lopamudra Mishra the best actress for ‘Bower Haat Bax’, for the year 2022.
Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida and Culture Minister Suryabanshi Suraj, Ekamra Bhubaneswar MLA Babu Singh among others attended the ceremony as guests of honour.
