- Flour – 2 cups
- Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
- Ginger paste – half teaspoon
- Garlic paste – half teaspoon
- Coriander powder- half teaspoon
- Oil – 1 cup
- Salt – as per taste
- Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
- Mint leaves – 2 tbsp
- Mutton – 1 cup (chopped)
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
- Green chilli – 2 (finely chopped)
Method
- First of all, add flour, salt and water in a vessel and mash it well. Also cut all the ingredients mentioned above and keep them aside.
- Now heat oil in a pan, then add onion, green chilli, garlic and ginger paste and fry.
- During this time, wash the straw thoroughly and keep it to dry. Then add the mince to the pan and cook for about 10 minutes.
- 10 mins Now make small balls of the kneaded dough.
- After this, add prepared chutney to it and keep it in the shape of samosa.
- Similarly, prepare the rest of the dough like samosa and keep it in a plate.
- Now heat oil in a pan and fry it well until it turns brown.
- After frying, take it out in a serving plate and serve it with chutney.
